Acceptable Use Policy

• Monitoring SAM.gov registration status and expiration dates

• Receiving compliance alerts and deadline reminders

• Managing entity registrations and renewal workflows

• Generating compliance reports for your organization

• Collaborating with team members within your organization

• Exporting your own data for internal use

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to AutoSAM systems, accounts, or data

• Interfering with or disrupting the platform, servers, or networks

• Circumventing rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures

• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code

• Performing denial-of-service attacks or load testing without written consent

• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of platform data other than via documented APIs and within the terms of your subscription

• Using bots or automated tools to access the platform without authorization

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing AutoSAM data or content

• Using AutoSAM for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

• Facilitating fraud, false claims under the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. § 3729), procurement-integrity violations, or other financial crimes

• Submitting false or misleading information to government systems

• Impersonating another person, organization, or government entity

• Misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity

• Creating accounts under false identities

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of GovCertix LLC or third parties

• Reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive the source code, architecture, or algorithms of any part of the AutoSAM platform

• Removing or altering proprietary notices, labels, or marks

• Uploading, pasting, or otherwise transmitting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data, classified information, or other procurement-sensitive material through any AutoSAM surface. AutoSAM's product architecture is designed not to accept this material (ADR-UPLOAD-01); this clause makes explicit that users may not attempt to route it through AutoSAM regardless.

• Using AutoSAM outputs (including compliance reports, obligation summaries, or risk-scan results) to make false or unsubstantiated certification claims to a government agency, prime, or contracting officer, including false CMMC status representations, false SAM.gov representations and certifications, or false ISR/SSR/CPARS filings.

• Using AutoSAM to circumvent, misrepresent, or evade flow-down compliance obligations owed to a prime contractor, or to misstate your organization's compliance posture to a prime or contracting officer.

• Issuing a written warning

• Temporarily suspending account access

• Permanently terminating your account

• Removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy

• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
